Hosea 11:4

Good News Translation

⁴ I drew them to me with affection and love.
    I picked them up and held them to my cheek;
    I bent down to them and fed them

I Am Love. Therefore, I Will…not be satisfied until you know what that means. I Will stop the raging sea for you, speak peace over you, and sing comfort to your troubled soul. I AM the One who loves you with My everlasting love. I WILL search the darkest crevices of the earth and never stop calling your name, for I AM drawing you with the cords of My love.

I awoke this morning singing, in my mind, a verse from an old song I hadn’t thought of in many years. It spoke of love as I thought of how I have experienced the overwhelming love Jesus has poured over me, how He emptied heaven for my sake.

Take my hand,

Take my whole life to,

For I can’t help,

Falling in love with You.

I can say that to Jesus because He first said that to me, and I believe.
