
In the Life of Leah-Part Two
The coeducational academy became home for high school-aged teens searching for identity, meaning, and purpose during their transitional years. Morning and evening worship were a part of the curriculum. Wheat and barley fields also dominated visual aids to quiet living when Leah broke on the scene.
Seething anger against anyone in authority was growing daily in Leah’s mind. The authority figure over the girls’ safekeeping became the target of her rebellion. Rules and regulations intensified her determination to defy all authority.
