Do you ever feel like you’re living in a different world, a new reality unlike anything you’ve known? 

 Suddenly, you’re not quite sure how you fit into these new surroundings.

 The whole world system is in upheaval, and now you must search for ways to make sense of the chaos. People are changing, and the bulwarks of your safe communities are moving into unfamiliar and insecure territories. What was noble is no longer. What once was considered abhorrent, the world now celebrates. The status quo is no longer. 

What has taken its place is reiterating the need to separate yourself from the world. This earth holds nothing of lasting value. The lifeboat has left the sinking ship. 

 The world and this country’s balance is teetering toward sudden destruction. The spectators in this global arena have many questions. Where is this going? What part do I play, and when does my future become critical? There is no time left for complacency. There is no time left to slumber and sleep. 

When the writer of Ephesians says our fight is not against flesh and blood, Paul was not kidding. The door of a nation rejecting God has opened, allowing demonic forces to enter, possess, and control. 

 There are multitudes of hurting people in desperate need of hope and healing in every form. The feeling of urgency is almost overpowering. People are perishing for the word of God and the touch of His hand. But how are they to know Jesus if there is no one to tell or show them?

 Ephesians 6:12-13

 So much left to do, and yet the masses sit in the pews of Laodicean’s stupor. Dry bones come alive, come alive!

12 For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places.

13 Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm.
