Almost, is never enough. Sometime, never comes. Trading today for the hopes of tomorrow brings no progress. We waste our time on imaginary pleasures as if they sustain life. Hanging on to the wind leaves us empty-handed.
Jesus pours the footings for a lasting foundation. He builds His temple to dwell in and to endure forever. The tools in His hands are those who see a greater cause outside of self; a more worthy purpose.
The plans have been laid and the promise has been made. The call is being delivered to every weary child seeking food and shelter.
Let us gather together as a living army built from dry bones. As those risen from the dead, let us march behind our Leader to a city that awaits our arrival.
